Yummy Chilli Paneer Wraps

I am not a regular cook nor am I a regular blogger. But wanted to post this recipe as this came out to be better than my expectations 🙂

Hundreds of outlets are selling different variations of these wraps these days. I thought, why not try making them myself.

Paneer Wraps-

Ingredients for making four medium sized wraps
  • 250 gms Paneer
  • 1 big cup maida
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 spoon salt
  • 1 spoon dhaniya powder
  • 1 spoon chat/meat masala
  • 0.5 spoon haldi
  • 0.5 spoon red chilli
  • 1 spoon ginger, garlic paste
  • 1 big spoon oil
  • 1 green chilli (if you want to add)
  • A blend of chutneys

Process-
Make 4 big sized, half cooked chapatis after rolling the dough. Keep them aside.

In a pan, put oil and heat it alongwith ginger, garlic paste. After it starts crackling, put in the cut tomatoes, capsicum and onion. Add all salt, dhaniya powder, chat/meat masala, haldi, red chilli and mix well.Add paneer. Mix well and then add the chutneys to the mixture.

Now heat the tawa and put some oil and one by one bake the chappatis, and fill the mixture.

Fold each of them at the bottom, so that the filling doesn’t come out.

You can either use a toothpick or wrap a foil paper for support.

You can serve these wraps alongwith some french fries or potato bites for a sumptuous meal!

And Vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup, doesn’t harm either!
